Our advanced mud logging system consists of three core components: the RT Sender, RT Driller, and our centralized mud logging platform. The RT Sender captures real-time data from the drilling site and transmits it to our platform. The RT Driller monitors the data on-site and ensures its accuracy. Our mud logging platform processes and analyzes the data, providing instant access to critical information for efficient decision-making during drilling operations.

How RT Sender Works

  • RTSender is an intermediary between WITS data sources, specifically Drillway and RT Driller.
  • It can handle up to 4 data sources simultaneously.
  • RTSender offers a user-friendly interface for creating transmissions from the location.
  • The system ensures data backup in case of contingencies.
  • After communication is re-established, RTSender can automatically synchronize the sending of lagged parameters.
  • What are the Benefits of RT Sender?
  • High Data Compression
  • Multiplatform
  • Transmission over various network  architecture (eg  Satellite ,WiMAX, radio, etc

What is RT Driller?

RTDriller Is a real-time data transmission system based on web technology.

  • This would be the final stage in of our instrumentation, transmission and parameter display system.
  • The stored information can be viewed virtually anywhere with Internet access. Efficient use of available bandwidth, through data compression algorithms.
The system has been designed under the world standard WITS, thus guaranteeing compatibility with most of the data emission systems related to the oil and gas sector as well as its interaction through WITSML.

The DrillWay Operations Diagram illustrates the key processes involved in the acquisition and processing of real-time drilling data. The system enables efficient and seamless data transfer and display through various components.

  1. Acquisition & Processing: The process starts with the acquisition of drilling data at the wellsite. Sensors and instruments are deployed in the drilling rig to monitor various parameters such as pressure, temperature, drilling rate, and wellbore stability. These data are collected in real-time and form the foundation of the entire operation.
  2. RT Sender / Real-Time Data Transfer via WITS: The real-time drilling data is sent from the drilling rig to the central processing unit using the WITS (Wellsite Information Transfer Specification) protocol. WITS facilitates standardized and reliable data communication between different components of the drilling system. The RT Sender acts as the communication interface that ensures a continuous flow of data from the rig to the processing unit.
  3. RT Driller / Data Display: At the central processing unit, the real-time data is received and processed by the RT Driller software. This powerful software allows drilling engineers and geoscientists to monitor the drilling operation in real-time. It displays crucial parameters and drilling performance indicators, giving operators valuable insights into the wellbore conditions and drilling progress.
  4. Via the Web: One of the standout features of DrillWay is its capability to provide real-time data display via the web. The processed data is uploaded to a secure web server, enabling remote access for stakeholders. Drilling supervisors, geologists, and decision-makers can access the data through a web-based interface from their offices or on-site trailers. This web accessibility enhances collaboration and allows for prompt decision-making based on the latest data.

Overall, the DrillWay Operations Diagram highlights the seamless flow of real-time drilling data from the rig to the central processing unit and its display through the web. This integrated system ensures that drilling operations are closely monitored, enabling quick responses to changing well conditions and enhancing drilling efficiency and safety.
